DVD Duplication Services
for Families and Businesses

We can duplicate any non-copyrighted DVD, including any DVD comprised of home videos. This includes any DVD that was transferred by the large transfer companies, such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam's Club, YesVideo, iMemories, Southtree, Legacybox, drugstore services, big box store services, or your local video shop. Most of these services are very careful about not transferring copyrighted content, so they're OK for us as well.
We should be able to duplicate virtually any Mini DVD you have to a regular DVD, since the Mini was likely recorded in a consumer camcorder. We should also be able to duplicate any DVD you have created or authored yourself. On a technical level, this includes DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, and DVD-RAM formats.

We absolutely DO NOT duplicate copyrighted DVDs of any kind. That includes any DVD movies or TV shows purchased in a store. We can ONLY duplicate DVDs that consist of home movies or uncopyrighted, non-copy-protected content. The reason is because it is illegal to break DRM (Digital Rights Management), the copy protection that exists on most movie and TV show DVDs. Also, our duplicator towers will not process copy-protected discs.
We are also unable to duplicate a DVD that presents errors due to authoring problems or physical damage. If that is the case, we will contact you and make suggestions. And finally, we do not currently duplicate CDs or Blu-Ray discs.
Note that our prices are for single-layer (4.7 GB) DVDs and do not include dual or double-layer DVDs. If this is the type of disc you have, please contact us for a custom quote.

Our goal is to make getting a few copies of your DVD convenient and easy. Superstore services make duplication extremely expensive. You shouldn't need to spend $25 to get one copy of your DVD! And some of the big transfer companies, like Southtree and Legacybox, don't even offer DVD duplication.
On the flip side, not all duplication projects are best served by a dedicated duplication company. Yes, they can offer fast turn times and extremely low prices - although our prices are definitely competitive, and are better for smaller quantities. However, there are other tradeoffs. A large company will often not put the same effort into a careful error-checking process, since they are usually focused on volume rather than detail. In addition, most large DVD manufacturing companies require that you set up your artwork yourself (or pay for their custom design services), and do not offer scans of your original DVD or templates to use. Most of them are focused on DVD replication, which involves massive quantities of DVDs, rather than small orders.

Nope! Unlike many other DVD production companies, we do not require a minimum order. One copy is fine!

Possibly - it depends what the problem is. Often, much of the video is recoverable, even if the disc cannot be exactly duplicated. We charge $20 for our disc recovery service, in which we extract as much of the video from the disc as we can. Other times, sending the disc to a professional resurfacing company can salvage the entire disc and enable copies to be made. Additional fees may apply depending on exactly what's needed. Please give us a heads-up on any disc that isn't working right and we will work with you to achieve the best solution.
