If we do, we will publish your name, city and state, and an image of your DVD (if applicable). We are committed to keeping your content private and secure. We will never make your videos publicly accessible, except with your explicit permission for our marketing efforts. However, by submitting media to Timeless DVD for conversion or other services, you understand and agree that some individuals may see the content of the videos, and so you waive all privacy rights in the content of the media you submit. For example, the Timeless DVD employees who work to convert or duplicate your videos, fulfill your order, or provide you with customer support may see parts of your home video content in the course of performing their jobs. It would be impossible to fulfill our quality control obligations otherwise.
Dropbox Downloads
If you choose to download MP4 videos from our Dropbox account, then you will be provided with a link where you can access those files. Timeless DVD will not share the link with anyone besides you.
Credit Card Processing
Timeless DVD processes credit card orders via PayPal. When we process an order, we note your first and last name alongside the credit card number and expiration date. No other personal information is shared with PayPal. Credit card information is not stored electronically after the order is processed. Similarly, orders submitted for direct PayPal processing will involve a transaction between your personal PayPal account and ours. In that case, we only share your provided e-mail address with PayPal.
