December 1, 2020 Update: Timeless DVD is temporarily closing to new orders. We have disabled the order form PDF on this page. Recently submitted orders will be completed as soon as possible. While our staff has fortunately remained healthy through the pandemic, we have been unable to keep up with orders due to time constraints caused by remote school, supplies, and scheduling over the past few months. We hope to reopen again in 2021 and our order form will be back online when and if that occurs. Thank you for your understanding.
Complete your order form by hand or on your computer or device. Then simply enclose it with your discs. If you don't have a printer, just e-mail your form to info@timelessdvd.com
The form has four separate sections for our main services:
- Convert DVD or Mini DVD to video files (page 1)
- Special disc services - finalization and recovery (page 2, top)
- Combine Mini DVDs to regular DVD (page 2, middle)
- DVD duplication (page 2, bottom)
You may order multiple services on the same form with one exception: if you are ordering duplications for multiple "master" discs, enclose a copy of page 2 for each disc.
Feel free to write notes on the form or use additional paper if you need to explain your order further.
If you are confused by anything on the form, please refer to the instructions below.
When we receive your project, we will confirm by e-mail. Please ensure you can receive e-mails from info@timelessdvd.com, and check your junk folder if you don't get anything.
Please see the Turnaround Time section to get an idea of how long your project will take to be completed.

Service 1: Convert DVD or Mini DVD to Video Files

For this service, you select 3 parameters:

1. File and disc quantity

The order form enables you to order up to 3 file types from the same disc(s). Fill in your disc quantity on the line that corresponds to the file quantity you need.

Example: You could order an MP4 file for instant uploading to YouTube, an AVI file for editing, and an MPEG-2 file to ensure you have an exact-quality backup of the video on your DVD.

2. File types

We offer a range of video file types:

MP4 (3 quality/size levels): best for sharing or mobile device
DV (AVI or MOV): best for editing
MPEG-2: best for preserving original raw DVD video
MKV: best for watching original DVD video with chapters via USB/TV
ISO: best for watching entire DVD via USB/TV
VIDEO_TS: best for preserving DVD file structure for later duplication

3. Storage

Select the way you wish to receive your files. We offer four options:

Enclose your own drive (free)
Download from Dropbox (free, MP4 orders only)
Add the smallest drive project the requires (we select a drive and will add the cost to project)
Select a specific drive size/cost (select from drives listed)

Please also let us know the type of computer you will primarily use the drive on.

How do I pick the right file type?

Simply consider what you want to do with your video, and find it in the list below:

MP4: Best for sharing on social media, uploading to YouTube, or storing on your phone or tablet for easy access. Select "Low/Medium/High" depending on the video quality and file size that's best for you:
"High" MP4: best video quality, largest file size
"Medium" MP4: balance between file size and quality
"Low" MP4: smallest file at the expense of video quality
AVI: Best for editing on a Windows computer.
MOV: Best for editing on a Mac computer.
MPEG-2: Best for preserving the DVD's video only in its exact 100% original quality.
An MPEG-2 can also be edited (straight cuts only to avoid reprocessing) in special video software. Also, some smart TVs, streaming devices, and digital media players can play MPEG-2 via an attached USB Flash or hard drive. Check your TV or device to see if it supports MPEG-2 files.
MKV: Best for easily viewing the DVD's video with chapter stops in its exact, 100% original quality.
An MKV offers the easiest way to watch your DVD's video without menus or other DVD features via a USB Flash or hard drive connected to your smart TV, streaming device, or digital media player. Check your TV or device to see if it supports MKV files.
ISO: Best for viewing your entire DVD in 100% original quality with all features, including menus, chapters, and audio options.
Almost always requires your USB Flash or hard drive to be attached to a special media device that is connected to the TV.
VIDEO_TS: Best for preserving the exact file structure of your DVD.
Enables you to easily make copies of your DVD at a later date. (Can also be watched like an ISO, but setup is trickier.)

Service 2: Special Disc Services

We provide two special disc services that can rescue video from unfinalized Mini DVDs and DVDs that contain playback errors.

Mini DVD Finalization

Mini DVDs must be finalized in the original camcorder before they can be accessed by other drives. We recommend you finalize your Minis if possible before sending in your order. Alternately, we can finalize your discs if you include your working camcorder and its power cord with your order.

Disc Recovery

Available for both DVDs and Mini DVDs. We extract as much video as we can from an unfinalized DVD or Mini, or any disc that cannot be played correctly. Available for disc conversion to file orders and Mini DVD combo orders only. Not available for DVD duplications. If you want your recovered video on a DVD, please order our "Combine Mini DVDs to full-size DVD" service (even if you have regular DVDs).

Service 3: Combine Mini DVDs to Regular DVD

We can combine up to 3 Minis to one regular-size DVD. Pricing is by Mini DVD quantity. Compilation is performed in chronological order unless you specify otherwise. The price includes one copy of as many DVDs needed to contain the Minis' video. If you need additional DVD copies, please include a note with your order or contact us. Copy cost depends on how many copies you need and the packaging you prefer.

Title

Your new Mini combo DVD will have information from up to 3 Mini DVDs. Tick as many labeling options as you wish to include:

Copy handwritten labels from your Minis to your DVDs
Copy the digital dates that appear on your Minis' onscreen menus
Use a brand-new title list that you write on separate paper or reverse of form.

Title information is printed in full on the DVD cover. Menus and discs may have shortened versions due to space.

Optional: Multiple Title

If creating more than one DVD, you can add the same title to all of them. Each DVD will also display the unique content information from the Minis on the disc.

Simply check the disc surface you prefer, traditional matte (a flat matte finish) or glossy watershield (a harder, glossy surface).

Case Color and Design Template

See the Templates and DVD Case Colors section below for packaging options. We provide a black DVD case if no choice is indicated. Tick the "choose template for me" circle to leave the choice to us.

Service 4: DVD Duplication

We offer four duplication options, each featuring different printing and case options. Fill in the quantity of copies you want in the appropriate packaging section. Select this service if you wish to:

DVD Duplication Notes:

Quantity pricing applies to copies made from the same master disc.
If you have more than one master disc, submit a copy of page 2 for each disc you have.
Copying 1 Mini DVD to 1 full-size DVD preserves the original structure of the Mini, including menus and chapter stops.
Dual/double-layer or 2-sided DVDs or Mini DVDs count as 2 discs for duplication pricing. We only duplicate to single-layer DVD discs.
Scanning your disc and/or cover and reprinting it on your copies results in lower-quality artwork. Please be aware if selecting this option.

Two separate lines are permitted with no character limit.
